The process from inquiry to completion of construction or repairs and payment is outlined below.

Step 1

Inquiry

Please contact us by phone or through our contact form.

For glass repairs or replacements, providing the vertical and horizontal dimensions of the glass along with its thickness will facilitate the estimation process.

You can also bring the glass to our company for assistance.

Step 2

Estimation

We will confirm the following details over the phone and arrange an on-site inspection:
  • Room status
  • Window and fixture size
  • Windows and fixture type

You will not be charged any cancellation fees if you choose to cancel at the estimation stage.
Step 3

Site Visit

We visit the site to assess it and provide an estimate.

We will take measurements, discuss product details, delivery times, and other matters at the site.

Step4

Construction/Repair

Once you review the final estimate and agree to the work and price, we will proceed with the construction or repair work.

Step5

Completion of Repair and Payment

After the construction/repair is completed and you have reviewed the work, you will be asked to pay the bill.

However, for work exceeding 100,000 yen (excluding tax), we kindly ask that you pay in advance before we commence the construction/repair.
